Hi and welcome to the consideration of a personal journey in therapy or evaluation services. Life continually challenges us to grow and shift, which, at times, is overwhelming. Talk therapy is designed as a frame to move through the hurdles, embracing self-discovery, skill development, and having a compassionate space where the self can unfold and reflect to move forward from where one is to where one seeks to be. I am a licensed psychologist and I offer virtual therapy for residents of California, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Washington. My specialties include mood and personality disorders, stress management, dealing with life transitions, relational challenges, executive functioning (ADHD), and processing dysfunctional family dynamics, as well as psychological/neuropsychological evaluations.
